Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my items and guarantee that they are awesome & high quality! Refunds will not be offered on digital products unless you have not downloaded the item prior to your refund request or are simply not happy with the quality of the items and the problem can't be fixed.

Buyer Responsibilities:! As a buyer it is your responsibility to know how to download, uncompress / unzip files and use your own software. 

My digital files come in a .zip format. This means that they are all compressed in a little package. This package that you download onto your computer will need to be uncompressed before you use the graphics. On a mac, uncompressing is as simple as a double click. On a PC you will need to right click and choose extract all. After you extract the contents of the folder you delete the zip file and open up the newly created folder to access your new graphic goodies!

You're welcome to use my designs for your personal or small business use. Small Business use meaning finished projects you create with my designs in crafts sales, craft fairs, any inperson selling, not online.

YOU MAY NOT:
You may not use any of these creations and then call them your own works. Please provide the proper credit to Melody Lane/Melody Lane Designs.

You may not use these items in any way as part of a resale layout or any other graphic product for resale.

You may not use any of these items in the creation of templates or premade pages and call them your own.

Give away, share, redistribute, or trade.

Use my designs for Print-on-Demand websites (Zazzle, Society6, CafePress etc.)

You may not use the content for any harmful, pornographic, racial, or unrefined material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

You may not use any of Melody Lane’s designs/graphics (free or paid) in any online collections, CD-ROM's, whether sold or distributed in any way, including sharing via e-mail, groups, newsgroups, chats, etc.

Unauthorized Use:
It is illegal to reproduce and/or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. This digital download you just received is protected by copyright laws. Please use the content only as specified herein.

Limited Liability:
